Sales Policies
We strive to dam raise our kids and spend lots of quality time with each kid for a well rounded, behaved and friendly goat.
doelings and bucklings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold. Wethers require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold. Balance of purchase price is due prior to the goat leaving the farm. Transport and associated veterinary costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Health is not guaranteed once the goat leaves the property. Please see our Works for Now Farm Sales Agreement page for mor details prior to purchase.
All goats are disbudded, given BoSe, and started on a CD&T vaccination schedule. Wethers are banded around 10-12 weeks of age.
Goats can be left with horns if paid in full by 1 week of age.
Single goats will only be sold to homes that have other kids of similar age, otherwise a minimum of 2 is required so they have a friend.
When choosing a kid, please make a first and second choice. If we are unable to fill your order or if the animal does not meet our standards of quality, your deposit may be transferred to another choice or carried over to the following year. Deposits are not refunded on cancelled orders. Kids that are born that have not been pre-reserved, will be offered first to buyers whose reservations could not be filled.
Contact us if you are interested in a kid, breeding, or would like to be put on our free reservation list. Once kid is born that meets your reservation, we will then accept deposit.
